"I’ve been training with Natalie for a couple years now with no end in sight. You’re never alone when you have Natalie around. I don’t think there’s a day I don’t message her about something: a food nutrition label question, race question, weird pain question, etc. I started training with Natalie because I wanted to know what it was like to train with a professional trainer like athletes do: school athletes, Olympic athletes, etc. I was running marathons, but I was gaining weight, I wasn’t toned, I had flabby fat (we all know that under arm flab is not FAB!). Also, I wasn’t feeling happy, and I was very anxious. My life changed when I started training with Natalie. She gave me guidance on workout plans and foods to eliminate or add to my diet and that gave me the results I was looking for. Also, my body feels legitimately STRONG! Natalie helped me achieve my goals by supporting me in staying consistent by uplifting messages, new workout locations, joining me on workouts, and our weekly strength training sessions let me vent the positives and negatives of the week prior. Natalie is always there to listen. I didn’t know I’d found a friend when I first met Natalie, but through the couple years I’ve been training with her I now say that she is more than just a fitness trainer to me. She’s become a best friend and confidant, and I don’t have many of those. So, if you have goals of running a race, getting in shape, trying to eliminate bad habits please give Natalie a chance. Don’t know where I’d be today without her. She’s supportive, kind, and friendly in her communication. She doesn’t want you to hide your feelings to quit. She embraces them, asks questions, and really wants to know the why, so then together we work on the solution, together. You’re never alone with Natalie."

"After a cycling hand injury that seemed  took forever to heal, I was feeling down and questioning whether my best fitness years were behind me. I was very fortunate to meet Natalie and “snap out of it.” She designed a training program to not only address my immediate weak areas, but also focused on building core strength and endurance.
