Most people are not drinking enough water everyday. Drinking enough water is essential part of maintaining an healthy lifestyle. How much water should you drink? At least half of your body weight in ounces (oz) of water.

If you are exercising, you need to replenish fluids lost during your workout. As well, water will help flush the system and maintain a healthy metabolism. It will also help you feel full! If you have a hard time getting your daily water in, snack on raw veggies like cucumber, celery, bell peppers, or broccoli. They are at least 80% water and will be better absorbed in the body than water alone. You can also infuse your water by adding lemon juice, raspberries, cucumbers, or mint...yummy!
