It's that time of year where the holiday parties food and drink start to add up! Here a few tips to help you have a mindful and healthy holiday!

  1. Don't starve yourself the day of the event to make up for calories you'll consume later, rather just eat a nutritious food and be mindful with portions.

  2. Have a small snack like rice cake with almond butter and banana or a protein shake prior to attending your event.

  3. To avoid over eating at the event, get a small plate of treats and walk away... allow yourself to indulge but not over indulge!
